Job Descritopn: Time served apprentice trained engineering team leader, experience of process, chemical or automotive industry. Conversant with current lean manufacturing processes i.e. 5s, kaizan, JIT, six sigma. mechanically bias doing planned & breakdown maintenance, able to read hydraulic & pneumatic schematics. Overseeing a team of mechanical & electrical engineers, reporting to the maintenance supervisor, to lead by example you must hold these basic skills in order to direct & manage your team.
Must be self motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, be pro-active and flexible with a can do attitude & able to communicate at all levels.
Approved apprenticeship
Minimum 5 years process plant experience
