Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Services Manager / Engineering Services Manager to deliver M&E services contract to a front line public sector establishment. Your main role will be overall responsibility for M&E Services Maintenance under the contract & plan, review & deliver all aspects relating to the provision of M&E Services Maintenance to the client. You will ensure that all relevant KPI’s are achieved and reported on. Responsibility for the development & management of staff ensuring compliance with company policies, full budget control & review. Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to and any risks identified. You must continue to maintain, develop & enhance positive relationships with the client & 3rd parties.
You will be degree or HNC qualified in a relevant engineering discipline with significant senior management experience in a large organisation with experience of managing a budget. Experience of working within a public sector environment would be advantageous. Experience in Life Cycle Planning, Costing & Computerised PPM.
