JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a night shift Friday – Sunday role. An experienced teamleader who can lead by example having good hands on experience. A good understanding of manufacturing systems, processes and procedures. Previous experience and understanding and drives KPI improvement under the five manufacturing pillars, encourages, organises and applies lean techniques and processes. Able to use and understand management operating systems and IT-based packages Able to anticipate/identify problems and use available resources to provide effective solutions To deliver on relevant KPI’s To ensure clarity of role for team members to include assigning tasks, coaching, following up and giving feedback to individuals. To support improvement projects, Knowledge of a proactive maintenance schemes, Experience in cost control, health & safety and management of quality systems Experience of change management programmes
Ability to interact with external customers


PERSON SPECIFICATION: Ideal Background etc
Supervisory experience in a fast moving environment.(Essential), Line management experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
City and Guilds in either mechanical or electrical.(Essential)
